Our Wholesale Terms at a Glance:

Consultation First

We start every wholesale partnership with a personal consultation. This allows us to understand your needs, confirm your favorite flavors, and set up the best pickup schedule for you.

  • Pickup Focus: We primarily offer pickup only. Delivery is limited and must be arranged during your consultation if you’re nearby.
  • Closed Days: We’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so please plan pickups for Wednesday through Sunday.
  • Crate Policy: We require a $10 refundable deposit per crate. 
  • Fresh or Frozen: Enjoy your bagels fresh or freeze them the day you get them for later use.

1. ORDERING

  • YOU ARE ORDERING FRESHLY BAKED PERISHABLE GOODS. ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
  • Minimum Order Size: 24 bagels.
  • Lead Time: Please place orders at least 6 business days in advance.
  • Order Modifications: Changes to standing orders must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the delivery date.
  • Order Method: Orders can be placed via email, phone, or through our online wholesale website.

 

2. PRODUCTS

We offer a variety of freshly baked bagels including:

  • Plain, Sesame, Everything, Poppy, Onion, Garlic, Pumpernickel, Black Russian, Cinnamon Raisin, Blueberry, Jalapeño Cheddar, Asiago.
  • Specialty and seasonal flavors may be available upon request.
  • Offerings are subject to change.

 

3. PRICING

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
  • All prices are exclusive of sales tax.
  • All clients are required to submit a Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form REV-1220) for resale.

 

4. DELIVERY & PICKUP

  • We primarily offer pickup only. Delivery is limited and must be arranged during your consultation if you’re nearby.
  • Pickup: Orders may be picked up from our shop at 70 South 8th Street, Tatamy, PA 18085, between the hours of 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday. Client will be charged in full for an order if not picked up by the confirmed order pickup date. A delivery fee is not charged if picking up.

 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  • Payment Due: Net 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Accepted Methods: Check, cash or credit card payment via QuickBooks Invoice (a 3% fee may apply for card payments).
  • Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.
  • First-Time Orders: May require full payment upfront or a deposit.

 

6. RETURNS & CLAIMS

  • All sales are final.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported immediately upon delivery or pickup.
  • We reserve the right to replace, credit, or deny claims at our discretion.

 

7. ACCOUNT SETUP

To become a wholesale customer, please complete our Wholesale Application and provide the following:

  • Resale Certificate or Business License (PA FORM REV 1220)
  • Contact Information
  • Delivery Address & Preferences
  • Payment Information (if applicable)

 

8. HOLIDAYS & CLOSURES

  • We observe the following holidays: Christmas (December 25th), Fourth of July (July 4th), New Years (January 1). Please plan ahead as delivery and production schedules may shift.
  • In case of unexpected closure, we will contact clients with pending orders to arrange alternative order logistics.

 

9. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION

  • Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a wholesale account for late payments, order abuse, or conduct harmful to our business reputation.
